Shipping Policy
All goods remain the property of Giantprint Pty Ltd until payment is received in full. Goods can only be dispatched after payment is received in full (approved commercial resellers may be excepted).
Without exception, all goods will require a signature by a person over the age of 18 years (henceforth "suitable person") upon receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a suitable person will be available at the provided delivery address to receive the goods.
The customer agrees to pay any additional charges resulting from the non-availability of a suitable person to take delivery at the given address, or for any additional charges resulting from mistakes or alterations made in relation to the supplied delivery address.
We do not deliver to post office boxes or to hazardous or unattended locations.
We do not offer the option of personal pickup from our premises.
At this time, delivery can only be made to destinations within Australia. However, please note that delivery may not be possible to some locations within Australia.
Upon receipt, it is the customer's or recipient's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the goods for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. If any damage has occurred, the customer or recipient must not accept the goods and must not sign any delivery confirmation form that may be presented.
Due to a number of factors, delivery times are approximations only and therefore cannot be guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges.
Except where stated, the approximate delivery time for all goods that are in stock and available for purchase is 7 business days following full payment for the goods and the correct delivery charges. Locations outside Australian capital cities, or destinations with limited access, may be subject to longer transit times.
Delivery charges will vary depending on the delivery location and the goods or services ordered. After an order is confirmed online, we will contact the customer within approximately 48 hours to advise of the corresponding shipping charges.
At the sole discretion of Giantprint Pty Ltd or its agents, some items may be dispatched via Australia Post registered mail. Otherwise, items are sent via courier.
