Welcome to the Giantprint web store ! On this page you can check the pricing of photo enlargements, canvas prints, panoramic prints and the Elegant Poster Hanger™, or you can go ahead and place your order.

First, decide on which type of paper you would like, then select a size category for your photo enlargement. The table below provides information on pricing and print size categories, and lists the minimum megapixel resolution required for each category.

When you are ready to order, fill in the form which you can open by clicking the "Order Form" button above (note that the form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.1 or above). After filling in your details, click on the "Submit" button within the form, which will prompt you to send the information (as a file named ORDERFORM.XML) to us via email.

IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances will Giantprint ever initiate contact with you by email or by other means in order to provide you with our order form or our direct deposit account details. Therefore, when you need our order form or you need details on how to make a direct deposit payment, you should ONLY refer to this web page. Always check the web address in the address bar within your browser to ensure that you are actually visiting the http://www.giantprint.com.au website. Important Notes Relating To Pricing And Delivery:

All prices are inclusive of GST, but exclude delivery charges. We price based on size category (see table below), but we can print any custom size as long as it does not exceed 36"x24" (91.44cm x 60.96cm), including any white border. As an example, if you want a print that is 34.5"x22" in size, you would pick the closest matching size category, which in this case would be 36"x24". If you require a custom-size photo enlargement and you are unsure of which size category to choose, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Delivery charges vary depending on your location. All items, other than colour proofs, are delivered via courier. As a rough guide, the average cost of delivery within Australian capital cities is $13.95 by courier for 1-5 prints. We will provide an accurate quote for the delivery charge after you submit the order form. As stated in our Shipping Policy, on average, delivery takes place within 7 business days after payment is received in full. The delivery charge for 1-3 colour proofs is a flat $7.95 Australia-wide, delivered using Australia Post Registered Mail.

Please bear in mind that we cannot commence work on your order until we receive payment in full, noting that direct deposit bank transfers can take a few days to clear.
